After spending years together, a couple wishes to renew their commitment to each other. One of the ways that in which they do this is by stating the vows they uphold through a ceremony.
This particular couple will celebrate their 10th year in a marriage with their church wedding on May 14.
With this event, They chose two locations for their session, Sta. Monica Church Angat Bulacan and at The Lakeshore in Pampanga. What made this photo shoot special was the presence and inclusion of the couple’s children.

Not all photographers are given the privilege to work with renowned industry experts. Last January 21, we were given the chance to work on a prenup photo shoot with Oly Ruiz of Metrophoto, Bob Nicolas & Jason Magbanua’s For You Are Mine. We had so much fun shooting along with Tie the Knot’s Joanna Rumohr and Team BA’s stylists who gave all they could to make this photo shoot possible.

In a romantic vintage theme, our couple John and May reminisced their timeless moments together, and gave us the wonderful opportunity to capture their love in a click of a camera. Dressed in vintage clothes, John and May effortlessly got into the classic aura of the 50’s. Some of the photos were first shot beside the UP Film Center featuring a red vintage car. The ageless beauty of the theme was complemented by the red brick walls, rough roadways, and the lush greenery to give off that antique road trip vibe. Before the day ended, we moved on to Space Encounters in Ortigas, Pasig to captivate more of that classic ambiance. The new location proved to be perfect for the prenup’s concept as it included old-fashioned furniture, classic movie posters, and among other items that belong to history.

Revisiting the past has never been this romantic, the vintage prenup theme was a perfect choice to celebrate John and May’s special day.

When shooting Prenups, photographers face problems regarding location as some need permits, request letters and other requirements. During such times, we make the best of what is available and ensure that the couple still achieves the look that they want.

In this particular shoot, we changed locations for Food tech Tine and Architect Dondie. While we were travelling to our final location, the couple kept on saying that they had no experience with photo shoots and jokingly said that they leave their faith in our hands. Somerset, our final location, proved to be a charming place with the townhouses, concrete roads, landscaped areas, pocket gardens, clubhouse and playground.

Dondie and Tine were a bit nervous as we started taking test shots of the locations so we asked them to sit down with their props. As the day progressed, the couple warmed up to the camera and did everything we asked them to do. One interesting thing about this couple shoot is their request to shoot them in clothes that show their profession, giving us photos of two separate people with different professions who fell in love.

We had fun as we captured love during a sunny day. Enjoy their photos.
